Caitac USA is a diversified company based in Bellingham, Washington. Caitac USA and its group are jointly owned by Caitac Enterprise, Caitac Family and Caitac Corp. Caitac USA owns and operates a Holiday Inn Express in Bellingham, the North Bellingham Golf Course, City Gym, an adjacent office building, an apartment complex and other commercial real estate properties.

The Caitac Story
Caitac is a privately held company, active in Bellingham and Whatcom County since 1989. In 1990, Caitac founder H. Kaihata and its President M. Kaihata were named honorary citizens by the City of Bellingham. Caitac operated an apparel manufacturing facility in Bellingham from 1990 to 2000 and employed as many as 125 area residents. The plant ceased production in 2000. Caitac maintains a vibrant presence in the area and has an ongoing commitment to remain an active participant in the Bellingham/Whatcom County community. This commitment has motivated Caitac to become more than just a property manager, but also to own and operate local businesses important to the community.
